SAFEGUARD YOUR BUILDING
In accordance with the latest version of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 all fire doors in your building should be surveyed on a biannual basis and regular fire compartmentation surveys should also be carried out.

FIRE COMPARTMENTATION SURVEYS
Fire compartmentation surveys cover internal fire compartments, boundaries and breaches. We inspect the condition of the supporting construction and existing fire protection measures to ensure they are in accordance with the building fire strategy.
STRUCTURAL STEEL COATING SURVEYS
During a structural steel coating survey, we inspect the condition of existing fire-resistant coatings. In particular we look at factors such as adhesion, thickness and compatibility, using advanced paint analysis technology.
FIRE DOOR SURVEYS
As part of our internal fire door surveys, we look at the condition and capability of your fire door assemblies. Your fire doors need to be in accordance with the building fire strategy and the latest fire safety regulations.
SURVEY REPORTS, ESTIMATES AND REMEDIATION
During your survey detailed reports are produced by our qualified inspectors. Instances of non-conformity are identified and recorded on our digital track and trace systems directly on-site.
We use the captured data to generate accurate remediation estimates, so you know exactly how much it would cost to rectify the building to a compliant standard.
